Mindful Meditation Practices

During each practice we practice different guided Mindfulness meditations to learn how to respond to stress and live life fully, mindful gentle yoga movements to care for oneself, group sharing and inquiry in a safe and non-judgmental environment. Group practice is very powerful.

Schedule: 1)  Friday November 16, from 10 am to 12 pm

                  2)  Monday December 3, from 6:30 pm to 8:30 pm
