MBSR Program

MBSR – 8-week course – Spring Session:

Saturdays from March 30th to June 8th (class break April 20 and May 18)
From 11:00 am to 1:00 pm
Retreat day:  Saturday May 11th from 10:45 to 4:30 pm

Individual meeting with instructor before program starts – date to be set up by both parties
