My name is Martha Gomez. It is an honour to share the practice of Mindfulness with all those in search of connecting with their innate resources to find fulfillment and peace, regardless of their condition or circumstances in life. I pay attention to detail, observing, supporting and accompanying each participant on their journey of Mindfulness. I find it deeply satisfying to observe the profound effect that Mindfulness practice can have on individuals, and indeed how it can become a life-changing experience.
